| 1. Initial Home Consultation For the DIY homeowner! I will spend an intensive two hours with you touring the residence and assessing all home staging needs inside and out. Together we will format a punch list of my suggestions keeping in mind your targeted buyer's point of view. You, the homeowner, will complete the recommendations on your own. I will be available for questions and follow up! $300. 2. Personal home staging by design- You've met with me for your initial home consultation -yet you want me to complete the punch list! Allow me to schedule an afternoon where we take over your home to physically edit, rearrange, as necessary to prepare your house for sale;redefining spaces as needed to appeal to your future purchaser. We will work with existing items in your home first, however if we decide you require new items and you are in agreement-we will shop on your behalf on an hourly basis. 2 hr. Min.@ $150/hour 3. Unfurnished Home This is where our 25 years of experience successfully designing model homes comes into play! We will provide a full color presentation including furniture, accessories, draperies paints, etc. depending on the scope of design you are interested in our pursuing. Each item hand selected for your space personally by Ellen Carroll. Each project individually priced upon request 4. Online Staging support We accept e-mail photographs of your home-room by room. We will render suggestions via a punch list per room for you to implement. $150/room 5. Realtors-we offer gift certificates for you to purchase as gifts to your clients.
